HR GENERAL MANAGER / MANAGER

PLACEMENT IN SURABAYA

( CODE : HR GM/MGR )

Qualification of the candidate :

• Bachelor degree in engineering / psychology from reputable university. Having master degree (S2) will be an advantage.
• Maximum 36 years old
• At least 3 years experience as HR Manager for manufacturing company
• Proficiency in English

    Excellent in :

• Leadership
• People management and development
• Supporting middle management in ensuring a clear resource plan and optimisation of talent within the business.
• Support the business on all case work, Reward and Training & Development. You will also assist in group wide projects. This is a hands-on approach covering both operational and strategic HR.
• Customer relationship
• Sales, Marketing, Distribution, Operation and strategy will be beneficial
• Systematical and strategic thinking
• Continuous learning
